TEAGUES BRIDGE PRIMARY SCHOOL / HERE FOR OUR FAMILIES

Every family matters.
Every child deserves support.

Being part of Teagues Bridge means being part of a community that cares. We recognise that family life brings both wonderful moments and challenges, and that sometimes a little extra help can make a real difference.

Whether you're looking for advice, support with family life or information about caring responsibilities, we're here to listen and help you find the right support.

OUR APPROACH / SUPPORTING FAMILIES

Sometimes, the first step is simply having a conversation.

We want families to feel comfortable approaching us when they need support. By working together, we can better understand individual circumstances, recognise strengths and explore the help available.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

A listening ear.
Understanding and respect.
Practical guidance.
Support that works for you.

How can we help?

01 / EARLY HELP

A little help can make a big difference.

Every family experiences challenges from time to time. Our Early Help Offer brings together practical advice, emotional support and access to services that can help children and families through difficult periods.

SUPPORT MAY INCLUDE

Family and parenting support

Children's emotional wellbeing

Learning and school life

Access to specialist services

02 / YOUNG CARERS

Caring for others. Caring for you.

Some children help look after a family member who has additional needs, an illness or a disability. These young carers may take on responsibilities that other children their age do not usually have.

We want every young carer to feel recognised and supported, with opportunities to learn, make friends and enjoy their childhood.

OUR COMMITMENT

Every young carer deserves to feel supported.

Our school recognises that caring responsibilities can affect children's learning, wellbeing and everyday school experience. We work with families to identify support that may help.

NEED SOMEONE TO TALK TO?
